With Tom Ledbetter's expertice and professionalism, I was able to sell my Warren MI house, during the winter months, near asking price with multiple offers to choose from in a very tough marketplace during the budget cuts and downsizing by the Big Three. My house was competeing against dozens of similar houses in my neighborhood. I feel that Tom Ledbetter's "virtual tours" and pictures really helped to peak the interest of prospetive buyers and resulted in more showings on my house.
