With Tom Ledbetter's expertice and professionalism, I was able to sell my Warren MI house, during the winter months, near asking price with multiple offers to choose from in a very tough marketplace during the budget cuts and downsizing by the Big Three. Tom, This enhanced version is really helpfull. I like that I can leave Kris some notes on homes I have looked at. She is very interested in tax info and market changes.I like to know time on market,map it links and alot more. This is the best site we have come across for all our home searching needs. The only way you could possibly improve it is land history information and builders names and reputations. Some thing that would prove usefull in the chesterfeild township area LOL . I use Tom's web site on a daily basis.
Great tool under Home finder use the comparison tab. It gives you a great comparison on four properties at a time. I also like using the area sales and loan report they are great when you want to see what as been sold in the area and what you may except to pay a month.
