This site was created with Dreamweaver, Fireworks, FileMaker Pro 8.5 Developer. It consists of a combination of web pages and databases. Over the years I have created databases for every aspect of my business. This site is connected directly to those databases. This means records entered on this site go directly into my real estate databasesThese databases contain a contact manager with mail and e-mail merge, to do lists, calendar and most important all the forms used in residential real estate. All financial calculations are done by the program. These programs are all linked (relational). Once a name is entered it will appear on every form, label, letter templet and envelope. Every aspect is automated from broker demand to sign install.These systems allow me to concentrate on what's important. My Clients! I would not be able to conduct my business without them. I have had years with sales volume over 10,000,000. I have no assistants and I work out of my house.
